Dave Catanese has just scored one of the biggest "bombshell stories" of the year. It appears that Councilman Ralph Manley lost a power play, and handed in his resignation from Springfield City Council.Did anyone know there was a power play going on? Were there any indications Manley was ready to make this move? Did the old boy finally loose his marbles all over the council chamber floor or what? I will be watching the news tonight for more!
